Shipping Costs

Shipping to Canadian addresses is free for all orders over $150.

Orders that are less than $150 will have a flat rate of $15 for expedited shipping with Canada Post.

Orders shipping to the US will have a flat rate of $20.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship five days a week, and orders are processed within 1-3 days from ordering. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once it has shipped, as well as tracking number for you to track your order.

How do you ship?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, ON. Shipping times vary depending on the location.

Please note that locations outside of Ontario, Canada may take longer for delivery.

What if my order gets damaged during shipping? 

We do our best to package your shipment as safe as possible so damage doesn't happen but If any damage occurs on its travel, please reach out to us at kacie@silkandpalm.ca and we will sort everything out for you.

Am I able to return my order?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns.  All items purchased are final sale.
